Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for Advisors teams (Acquisition and Capabilities squads) within the Lifecycle mission.
- Align strategy and execution by turning company objectives into actionable team goals and OKRs.
- Partner with Partnerships, Operations, and Marketing leadership to develop best-in-class advisor experience and conversion funnel.
- Ensure products and features are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Lead customer-focused product development from ideation to execution.
- Build and coach team in customer-centric practices throughout the PDLC.
- Improve product performance by analyzing metrics, gathering feedback, and planning enhancements.
- Advocate for robust technical roadmaps, balancing technical debt.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership.
- Proactively support product strategy beyond core responsibilities.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Minimum of 3 years of product development leadership and 7 years as a product manager in a modern technology business.
- Experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Led technical products and/or background in computer science (or similar).
- Experience building new products (0 to 1) and shipping continuous improvements at-scale.
- Proficient with growth analytics and experimentation; define metrics, design tests, decide with incomplete data.
- High bar for product quality and user experience; break down ambiguous problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Deep user empathy.
- Excellent persuasion and advocacy skills.
- Experience coaching and mentoring individual contributors.
- Experience with sales-assisted and/or PLG motion; strong partnership with Partnerships and Marketing.
Preferred:
- Experience at high-growth companies (founder or GM a plus).
- Experience building products in highly regulated domain (e.g., fintech or healthcare).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, data exploration, product analytics tooling (Amplitude, Heap), feature flagging/experimentation.
- Experience with AI tooling.
- Knowledge of CRM/RevOps and Marketing stack (Salesforce, Customer.io).
- Experience in late-stage or mature B2B SaaS.
Compensation
Base wage range for New York City Office: $210,000 - $262,500 per year.
