Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, addressing day-to-day issues and long-term opportunities while maximizing customer ROI.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Sardine’s products, technology, and strategy and communicate them clearly to customers.
- Translate complex product and technology challenges into simple, actionable solutions and manage the solution process internally and externally.
- Advise customers on best practices related to fraud and compliance.
- Build, monitor, and communicate customer KPIs.
- Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking to support long-term account expansion.
- Partner with risk analytics teams to proactively address emerging fraud typologies and communicate findings to customers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, risk management, or solutions architecture within B2B SaaS.
- Understanding of customer API integrations.
- Experience in fraud, payments, compliance, fintech, or AML/KYC.
- Strong preference for experience in the banking sector.
- Strong presentation skills for virtual and in-person meetings with varied stakeholders.
- Customer-facing experience with a technical product.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, relationship-building, collaboration, and process-improvement skills.
- Ability to translate complex strategies into actionable processes and outcomes.
