Responsibilities
- Own the marketing relationship with Australia-based partners as the primary marketing point of contact.
- Develop and execute joint marketing and enablement plans aligned with partner segments and opportunity size.
- Localize global partner marketing playbooks for the Australian market.
- Drive measurable outcomes including sales-qualified leads, self-onboarded sellers, and third-party integration product attachments.
- Execute partner campaigns across events, enablement, lifecycle, digital activation, content, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Track and report campaign performance, identify insights, and optimize future initiatives.
- Maintain documentation of joint marketing plans, performance metrics, and campaign recaps.
- Own industry body, retail, and supplier partnerships to amplify marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally within FinTech, SaaS, or platform-based technology companies.
- Experience working with partners, channels, or ecosystem-led growth models.
- Proven ability to own programs end to end, from strategy through execution and measurement.
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable outcomes such as leads, acquisition, or product adoption.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual pay range in Australia: AU$156,400–AU$234,600.
