Ideal Qualifications

Experience:

  • 1+ years as a SDR
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in past sales roles
  • (Preferred) B2B SaaS Experience, or Experience working for companies focused on AI applications in vertical markets

Attitude:

  • Fearless when talking to new people and a motivated self-starter, eager to consistently take on new challenges

Tenacious:

  • Comfortable with on-the-phone and in-person rejection, and ability to keep following up with prospects

Excellent Communicator:

  • Articulates value proposition clearly and deeply understands customer pain points

Work Culture:

  • Excited to contribute to a strong culture, working together IRL in our NYC office 5 days a week
  • Able to travel to conferences (~30%)

Tech Stack:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn, and modern AI sales tools like Clay

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Outreach: Engage with new prospects via cold calling or LinkedIn DM’ing to convert qualified leads into meetings
  • Field Sales: Identify and convert new prospects at tradeshows and conferences, and industry social events
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Sales, Growth, and CEO to refine and execute Top of Funnel strategy
