HubSpot GTM Systems Manager

Own the HubSpot GTM systems roadmap, ecosystem architecture, data governance, and revenue analytics across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. The role requires extensive HubSpot administration experience plus expertise in PLG/SLG measurement, integrations, workflow automation, and outbound motion design.

About the job

Responsibilities

Systems & Roadmap Strategy

  • Own and maintain a CRM/GTM systems roadmap aligned to business objectives.
  • Evaluate new HubSpot functionality and adjacent technologies; recommend build vs. buy.
  • Prioritize enhancement requests across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance stakeholders.

Data Governance & Revenue Analytics

  • Own data definitions so reporting is consistent across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Deliver weekly full-funnel reporting, including conversion rate analysis, funnel leakage identification, cohort analysis, attribution governance, forecasting support, and pipeline velocity measurement.

Integration & Ecosystem Architecture

  • Own the HubSpot ecosystem architecture and integration strategy across the current integration footprint and legacy CRM processes.

CRM Governance & User Experience

  • Act as the primary administrator for HubSpot Sales Hub, ensuring the platform supports high-volume inbound lead generation and Group Sales.
  • Design and optimize automated sales sequences and internal notifications to improve lead response time and conversion.
  • Architect and build advanced lead-scoring and lead-routing logic to match representatives with the right leads at the right time.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate weekly with the LCM Team to ensure marketing-generated leads and product signals are accurately tracked through the HubSpot lifecycle.
  • Lead the technical implementation and optimization of outbound sales and upsell motions.

Standardization & Change Management

  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards for sales activity and pipeline health.
  • Create and maintain documentation for CRM and revenue-process standards to ensure confidence in sales numbers and attribution metrics.
  • Lead process mapping and change management as workflows and systems are rolled out across go-to-market teams.

Requirements & Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of HubSpot administration experience managing HubSpot at scale in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience supporting both product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth (SLG) operating models is strongly preferred.
  • Experience building attribution and funnel measurement across PLG and SLG models is strongly preferred.
  • Revenue, sales, or marketing operations experience, with the ability to operate as a cross-functional strategist rather than only a system administrator.
  • Integration management and data governance experience.
  • Process mapping, documentation, change management, and business analysis experience.
  • Experience building and scaling outbound and upsell motions.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot custom objects, advanced workflows, and complex revenue reporting.
  • An enablement mindset and the ability to train sales teams and simplify complex technical processes into easy-to-follow workflows.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Flexible Time Off, wellbeing days, paid holidays, and summer Fridays
  • Mental health resources
  • Paid parental leave and backup care
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Employee Resource Groups

Compensation

  • Base compensation range: $125,000–$154,000 USD annually
  • Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission; some roles may be eligible for overtime pay.
