Responsibilities
Sales GTM Strategy & Planning
- Set and drive GTM strategy and operations, including weekly business reviews, new-logo and usage forecasting, and annual planning.
- Own the revenue operations analytics suite and assess operational performance.
- Advise senior leaders with data-driven recommendations and tradeoffs.
- Own implementation of GTM workstreams.
- Design incentive plans aligned with company goals and GTM realities.
- Connect revenue targets to GTM headcount expenditure and business outcomes.
Analytics & Insights
- Translate complex analyses into performance narratives and actionable recommendations.
- Own GTM analytics infrastructure, partnering with Finance to define KPIs, build datasets, and create scalable dashboards.
- Analyze sales funnel and market data to diagnose performance gaps and improve GTM productivity and attainment.
Cross-Functional Execution & Project Management
- Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives with Product, Finance, and Operations.
- Translate multi-quarter strategic outcomes into projects and execution plans.
- Manage roadmaps and complex workstreams with leadership and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Strong business acumen and experience developing and executing strategies in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience influencing across functions.
- Experience designing and administering compensation plans for Sales and Customer Success organizations.
- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and design scalable processes, systems, and operating models.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into recommendations.
- Excellent project-management skills and ability to independently manage complex initiatives.
- 4–6 years of experience in revenue operations, GTM strategy, business operations, strategy consulting, or similar roles, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, or a high-growth company.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, business intelligence, and data warehouse tools.
- Understanding of GTM metrics including NRR, GRR, LTV:CAC, pipeline coverage, CAC payback, and Rule of 40.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Omni, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with SQL.
Compensation
- Base salary: $125,000–$145,000 annually.
- Variable compensation: $12,500–$15,000.
