Responsibilities
- Own the technical design and delivery of customer implementations across MENA, from kickoff through production cutover.
- Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept design, demos, and evaluations for regional prospects in partnership with Account Executives.
- Design solutions that fit customer stacks, constraints, and data-residency requirements.
- Represent Deepgram in front of Arabic-speaking customers and at regional events.
- Bring Arabic-language customer feedback, including model performance across dialects, to Product and Research teams.
- Develop reusable implementation patterns, reference architectures, deployment playbooks, automation, and documentation.
- Support complex post-onboarding cases and help extend regional coverage toward APAC hours.
Requirements
- Native or professional-level fluency in Arabic and excellent written and spoken English.
- Based in MENA preferred, or elsewhere in EMEA in a country supported by the employment partner.
- 4+ years of experience implementing or deploying technical solutions for enterprise customers, ideally in customer-facing technical roles.
- Strong software engineering background with professional development experience in a modern programming language.
- Experience leading production deployments from design through cutover.
- Ability to scope complex technical work and sequence it for successful delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with engineering and business stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Comfort across multiple Arabic dialects, including Egyptian, Gulf, Levantine, and North African.
- Experience with speech recognition, natural language processing, AI voice agents, or related AI technologies.
- Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
