Competitive Intelligence
- Track competitors' positioning, pricing, and product moves
- Build and maintain sales battlecards and internal briefings
- Write external-facing comparison/breakdown content (blog posts, decks, etc.)
Analyst Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with industry analysts
- Manage briefings, advisories, and inquiries
- Represent the company in relevant reports and rankings
Use Cases and Customer Knowledge
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify and document high-value use cases and customer stories
- Scale that knowledge into reusable assets across web, video, social, and interactive clickable demos
- Keep use case content current as the product and customer base evolve
Launches
- Plan and execute cross-functional launches (large and small)
- Coordinate web, social, content, press, and sales readiness for each launch
- Ensure consistent messaging and timing across all launch workstreams
Content and Campaigns
- Partner with content teams on campaigns and web copy
- Ensure messaging accuracy and consistency across assets
- Tie campaign and content work back to real customer use cases
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in growth, marketing, or go-to-market strategy at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- Proven track record of scaling revenue and user adoption through structured growth playbooks
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable with funnel metrics, experimentation, and attribution
- Experience collaborating with product-led growth models or self-serve SaaS
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Bonus: Experience in AI, dev tools, or productivity platforms
