Applied AI Solutions Architect
Designs and validates enterprise AI solutions for healthcare customers, guiding technical discovery, architecture, security, and deployment planning. The role requires strong enterprise software experience, cloud and integration expertise, AI architecture knowledge, and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with prospective customers to understand technical landscapes, business objectives, integration requirements, AI governance considerations, and long-term technology strategies.
- Develop enterprise solution architectures, AI implementation strategies, and phased deployment approaches for complex healthcare environments.
- Lead architecture reviews, executive workshops, product demonstrations, security discussions, technical evaluations, and technical validation throughout the enterprise buying process.
- Guide executives, enterprise architects, security teams, and operational leaders through AI adoption, technical tradeoffs, implementation approaches, and architecture decisions.
- Help customers define AI evaluation criteria, success metrics, governance models, and implementation approaches.
- Build and maintain demonstration environments, technical documentation, reference architectures, integration patterns, implementation playbooks, and reusable technical frameworks.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to identify implementation patterns, customer needs, and integration opportunities that inform product strategy.
- Create repeatable demonstrations, technical messaging, architecture patterns, and implementation methodologies that reduce technical risk and accelerate enterprise sales cycles.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Consultant, Applied AI Architect, or Sales Engineer supporting complex enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud architecture, enterprise integrations, identity management, data engineering, and AI workflows.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, including executive strategy discussions, architecture whiteboarding, technical workshops, and live demonstrations.
- Ability to create reusable demonstrations, implementation patterns, documentation, and technical assets.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
Preferred Experience
- Enterprise AI, machine learning, analytics, or cloud platform deployments.
- Modern LLMs, AI agents, evaluation frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or enterprise AI architecture.
- Secure cloud-native architectures and enterprise application integrations through APIs.
- Python or the ability to prototype technical workflows.
- Healthcare interoperability, ERP, finance, supply chain, payer, or enterprise healthcare systems.
