  • Conduct business reviews using booking data, client pipeline, product adoption, booking velocity, and plan mix.
  • Set growth goals, identify constraints and opportunities, provide accountability, and coach advisors on business growth.
  • Surface destination, supplier, product, and Fora X opportunities; connect advisors with relevant coaches, specialists, trainers, events, and partners.
  • Adjust engagement cadence around seasonal booking peaks.
  • Identify retention risks, own escalations, coordinate resolutions, and communicate advisor insights to internal teams.
  • Define the account management operating model, eligibility criteria, duration of support, playbooks, cadences, templates, escalation paths, success criteria, routing, and handoff protocols.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations on activity tracking, portfolio tools, and CRM infrastructure.

  • Collaborate with Product, Training, Events, Operations, Fora X leadership, and Advisor Services.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in relationship-intensive, go-to-market, or premium member experience roles with a business-building component, such as customer success, wealth management, management consulting, revenue operations, business strategy, or high-revenue B2B customer success.
  • Ability to discuss strategy, pipeline, growth trajectory, and bottlenecks with top producers.
  • Builder mentality and comfort designing systems and processes amid ambiguity while managing an active portfolio.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
