Partners with organizational leaders to improve manager effectiveness, performance outcomes, and team health during rapid growth. The role requires 7+ years of HRBP experience, strong coaching and influencing skills, independent judgment, and a pragmatic business approach.

Responsibilities
- Advise managers on performance management, feedback, and team effectiveness.
- Lead and execute performance review cycles, calibration, and talent discussions.
- Coach leaders through complex employee situations, including performance improvement plans and terminations.
- Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and documentation in partnership with leadership and legal/PEO resources.
- Identify patterns and systemic issues and proactively recommend solutions.
- Partner with the Head of People and People Operations to ensure consistent, scalable practices.
- Define and reinforce expectations for leadership and people management.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-growing startup, ideally in SaaS or technology.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills across all levels.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and making independent judgment calls.
- Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, business-minded approach.
- Bias toward action and ownership.
