Director - Strategy Consulting Partnerships
Lead and expand Celonis partnerships with strategy consulting firms across North America. Drive joint GTM activities, build senior relationships, source and manage consulting engagements, and deliver business impact through scalable partnership strategies.

The Work You’ll Do
- Define and execute a holistic Go-To-Market plan for strategy consulting firms across North America, while actively shaping the global ecosystem priorities.
- Attract and develop senior relationships with sector-, industry-, and capability leaders, regional heads, and responsible account partners.
- Refine and pitch the value proposition of the Celonis partnership to secure buy-in for joint business development in new strategic areas and markets, maintaining a highly business outcome-focused approach.
- Source joint projects and ensure delivery success by managing Celonis-powered consulting engagements, aligning expectations with consulting partners, and coordinating across internal Celonis teams.
- Embed Celonis into partner methodologies and offerings, ensuring Celonis is part of the “toolbox” for digital, operational, and functional transformation practices.
- Shape joint go-to-market initiatives by aligning consulting-led transformation themes (e.g., cost takeout, supply chain resilience, AI & digital operations) with Celonis’ capabilities.
- Develop and convert pipeline by collaborating closely with Celonis regional- & sales leadership in activating partners in priority accounts, and guiding C-level pitches.
- Manage stakeholders across various Celonis functions, partners, customers & third parties to ensure conversion of joint opportunities and successful delivery of client engagements and impact.
- Drive joint thought leadership and marketing through white-papers, market narratives, and industry insights, and joint events.
- Manage regional governance with consulting firms, including regular steering committees, pipeline reviews, and project forecasts.
The Qualifications You Need
- 7-12 years of relevant work experience in the area of strategy consulting, ideally paired with first exposure to software sales, business development and/or partner management.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving commercial outcomes.
- Deep understanding of the inner workings of strategy consulting firms: their business model, incentive structures, value propositions, and how they drive enterprise transformation.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, as well as executive presence.
- Proven track record of guiding senior consulting partners and C-level client executives.
- A strong network within the North American strategy consulting ecosystem.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to excite others and build strong relationships.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel (10-20%).
