What You’ll Do
- Prospect and qualify potential customers through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Run targeted outbound campaigns in collaboration with Marketing
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer pain points and assess fit
- Clearly articulate Prosper’s value proposition and secure next-step meetings
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM tools
- Share market and customer insights with Sales and Product teams
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
- Strong interest in B2B sales, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or AI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-volume outreach
- Organized, resilient, and motivated by clear goals and metrics
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
- Eagerness to learn the product, industry, and sales craft quickly
Compensation
Base: $60,000 - $70,000 + Equity & Benefits (OTE $104,000 - $125,000)
