About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns in collaboration with Marketing
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer pain points and assess fit
  • Clearly articulate Prosper’s value proposition and secure next-step meetings
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM tools
  • Share market and customer insights with Sales and Product teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
  • Strong interest in B2B sales, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or AI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-volume outreach
  • Organized, resilient, and motivated by clear goals and metrics
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Eagerness to learn the product, industry, and sales craft quickly

Compensation

Base: $60,000 - $70,000 + Equity & Benefits (OTE $104,000 - $125,000)
