What you will do
Own the go-to-market marketing plan for the startup/VCB segment, tied directly to pipeline and revenue targets.
Build and run integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid, lifecycle, events, field, and content.
Develop and scale partnerships with VCs, accelerators, and founder communities to drive awareness and pipeline.
Manage and develop a high performing team.
Use data to measure performance, prioritize spend, and report on funnel and pipeline impact to leadership.
Craft messaging and narratives that resonate with founders and early-stage operators.
What you will need
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in segment, audience, or growth marketing for startup or SMB audiences.
A track record of owning integrated campaigns and demand generation tied to measurable pipeline.
Strong analytical fluency – comfortable with funnel metrics, attribution, and marketing tooling.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a gift for storytelling to a founder audience.
Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and the ability to thrive in ambiguity at a fast pace.

Experience with partner or community marketing (VCs, accelerators, founder communities).
