Sales Development Manager, LATAM
Leads and develops a regional sales development team, driving outbound pipeline, KPI performance, hiring, and representative progression. Requires SDR experience, leadership experience, enterprise SaaS knowledge, multichannel outbound expertise, and proficiency with SDR technology.

Responsibilities
- Lead top-of-funnel sales development activities and execute on business needs.
- Use data to ensure daily SLA and KPI attainment.
- Work alongside sales development representatives to coach objection handling and product pitching to book prospect demos.
- Motivate and develop representatives for progression into future sales roles.
- Own a specific sales development function and communicate business needs across the organization.
- Participate heavily in hiring top talent for the SDR organization.
- Provide strategic and tactical feedback with cross-functional empathy.
- Drive the business to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an SDR organization.
- 1+ year of SDR leadership experience.
- Proficiency with SDR technology, including Outreach, Salesloft, Mixmax, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, LeadIQ, SalesIntel, Gong or Chorus, and Guru or Highspot.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS with multi-product selling distribution.
- Experience building an outbound program or executing a multichannel outbound strategy tracked through input and output metrics.
- Ability to manage at the ground level while defining and executing broader business initiatives.
- Understanding of scaling organizations in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with change management.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary, benefits, and equity.
- Compensation split is 70/30.
