Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and other outreach channels to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Track outreach activities, opportunities, and progress accurately in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and sales leadership on strategies for penetrating new markets and target accounts.
- Research prospects and gather market intelligence to support business development efforts.
- Meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $18,000 MXN gross per month.
- Uncapped commission plan.
