Commercial counsel supporting EMEA revenue teams by drafting and negotiating technology agreements, advising on legal and commercial risks, and improving contracting processes. Requires bar admission or authorization to practice, 4+ years of in-house technology experience, and English plus French or German.

Responsibilities
- Act as a legal business partner to EMEA revenue teams, communicating legal concepts and risks in business-friendly terms.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of agreements, including SaaS contracts, professional services agreements, partner agreements, and NDAs.
- Advise internal teams on contract interpretation and negotiation to accelerate contract velocity.
- Understand customer and internal stakeholder perspectives to solve problems and address issues.
- Triage a high-volume workflow, set priorities, and deliver results efficiently.
- Improve agreement templates and legal processes.
- Manage agreements in accordance with company policies and risk tolerance.
Requirements
- Admitted to the bar and in good standing, or otherwise authorized to practice law in Israel, the United Kingdom, or at least one European country, with a demonstrated record of success as a lawyer.
- 4+ years of in-house legal experience at a software or technology company.
- Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating high volumes of varied commercial contracts.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, plus French or German.
Nice-to-haves
- Deep knowledge of data privacy and hands-on experience negotiating Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
- Business-friendly approach and strong understanding of legal support for business growth.
- Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
