You’re Gonna Crush it If:
You have 5+ years of experience in the legal or litigation support industry, with a focus on customer success, account management, or client services.
You have hands-on expertise with court filing and service of process - and can speak to attorneys about these services with authority.
You've effectively led webinars and product demos for legal professionals.
You have sold or supported the sale of litigation support services - you understand the full client lifecycle from prospect to ongoing transactions.
You're proficient with Slack, Zendesk, and HubSpot (or similar CRM/support tools).
You communicate exceptionally well - both written and verbal - and know how to adapt your tone and style to your audience.
You're a natural connector who builds trust quickly and sustains it over time.
