Senior Content Marketing Manager
Own Reducto’s content engine across technical and business audiences, from editorial strategy and SEO/GEO content to customer stories, social distribution, and sales enablement. The role requires 4–7 years of content or editorial experience, strong technical writing ability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Define Reducto’s editorial point of view, recurring themes, and quarterly content plan.
- Own the editorial calendar and publish technical and non-technical content, including engineering deep dives, benchmark write-ups, technical guides, workflow and industry pieces, customer stories, videos, social content, newsletters, and sales collateral.
- Create content supporting SEO and GEO efforts, including structured, citable, and quotable pieces for search engines and AI assistants.
- Interview customers and develop case studies, proof points, and stories for Sales, Growth, and Product Marketing.
- Own distribution across LinkedIn, X, newsletters, and developer communities.
- Repurpose major assets into posts, threads, newsletters, and enablement materials.
- Partner with DevRel, Engineering, Product, Sales, Brand, Growth, and Marketing Operations to ensure technical accuracy, consistent voice, and measurable business impact.
- Develop content briefs, manage freelancers and contributors, and maintain content standards, style guidelines, and messaging consistency.
- Track questions and objections from Sales calls, documentation, and communities to inform new content.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or a related role, ideally at a B2B software company.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to take concepts from ideation through publication with minimal editing.
- Editorial judgment and the ability to determine what is worth saying and why it matters.
- Ability to write credibly for technical and non-technical audiences and adapt tone appropriately.
- Experience creating content for SEO and understanding how search and AI-generated answers surface and cite content.
- Experience interviewing customers and producing case studies used by Sales.
- Experience running social and newsletter distribution.
- Ability to work effectively with engineers, ask informed questions, read technical documentation, and maintain accuracy.
- Ability to own the full content pipeline and operate in a fast-changing environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience writing for developer-tools, API, AI-infrastructure, or data-infrastructure companies.
- Understanding of LLMs, document processing, evaluation, or benchmarking.
- Experience writing for operations, finance, legal, healthcare, or other document-heavy functions.
- Experience building a content function from an early-stage foundation.
- Experience growing an owned audience such as a newsletter, community, or personal following.
- Experience with product-led growth motions, self-serve signups, and activation.
- Experience using AI tools to increase content output while maintaining quality.
