Strategic HR Business Partner supporting leaders through high-growth and high-change conditions. The role builds performance, accountability, culture, communication, and leadership-judgment systems while handling sensitive employee situations with independent judgment.

Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with managers and leaders, identifying decision-making and judgment gaps.
- Improve systems that define and reinforce a high-performance culture.
- Develop and execute internal communications strategies during periods of change.
- Advise on sensitive, high-stakes people situations with sound judgment and appropriate escalation.
- Build systems that strengthen leadership judgment, accountability, and consistency in performance management.
- Support engagement and organizational health in partnership with people managers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
- Experience coaching and advising managers through ambiguous, high-stakes situations.
- Track record of designing and implementing HR programs or systems from the ground up.
- Strong business acumen, including fluency with financials and organizational priorities.
- Experience handling sensitive employee situations with independent judgment.
- Excellent communication skills across frontline manager and senior leadership audiences.
- Strong relationship-building and escalation judgment.
- Comfort working in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments.
- Fluency using AI to improve individual and organizational efficiency.
