This internship involves building and shipping full-stack voice, SMS, and LLM-powered workflows for home healthcare operations. Interns work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, reliability, and product delivery in a fast-moving, in-person startup environment.

Founding talent partner responsible for building and owning all recruiting at a fast-growing AI agents startup. Source, screen, close engineering, GTM and leadership roles while building scalable recruiting systems, processes and external partnerships from scratch.

Owns top-of-funnel pipeline by researching home care agencies, running outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn, qualifying leads, and booking discovery meetings. Requires 0-3 years outbound experience, strong communication, and adaptability in early-stage sales environment.

Owns end-to-end customer deployments for Phoebe's AI scheduling platform, mapping workflows, training teams, driving activation, and partnering with product/engineering to resolve blockers and improve processes. Requires 1-5 years in operations or consulting with strong ownership and customer presence.

Owns pre-sales funnel including qualification, discovery calls, tailored product demos, and handoffs for AI home health staffing platform. Requires 2-3+ years BDR/SDR/sales engineering experience at startups, process-building skills, and hands-on with Clay/Attio.

Customer-facing engineer delivering end-to-end solutions for home healthcare clients, collaborating with sales/GTM, and feeding insights into the product roadmap. Requires 2+ years as a full-stack generalist comfortable with AI/LLMs and customer interaction.

Builds full-stack AI agents for voice/SMS automation in home healthcare, including LLM orchestration, observability, and ops tooling. Strong generalist comfortable with production LLMs, shipping fast in ambiguous startup environment.

Owns creative strategy and production for paid/organic social on TikTok, Meta, Instagram, YouTube. Generates high-volume ads/UGC, manages creators, launches campaigns targeting healthcare workers, and iterates based on performance data.

Owns user experience for core operations product and mobile talent agent, designing intuitive software through fast iterations, customer feedback, and UX audits. Requires 2+ years product design experience, strong aesthetic instincts, and Figma proficiency.

Serves as CEO force multiplier owning workflows, cross-functional projects, meeting follow-ups, and communications. Requires 1-3 years in consulting/banking/startups, high agency, and strong execution in ambiguous settings.
