Responsibilities
- Build voice and SMS agents that automate shift-lifecycle workflows, including confirmations, clock-ins, notes, and last-minute coverage.
- Develop LLM orchestration involving prompt engineering, tool use, context management, and evaluations.
- Build internal operations tooling for monitoring agent performance, handling edge cases, and onboarding customers.
- Improve reliability and observability across voice and messaging infrastructure.
- Ship full-stack features spanning data models, APIs, and user interfaces.
- Pair-program with the team and take ownership of features from design through production.
- Contribute to agent-quality evaluation and improvements to the orchestration layer.
- Scope and lead feature areas such as EHR integrations, talent-agent product improvements, or operations tooling.
Requirements
- Strong generalist who can work across the stack.
- Ability to ship quickly and iterate based on real usage.
- Comfort with ambiguity and independent problem-solving.
- Experience with LLMs in production, or strong interest in gaining that experience.
- Interest in AI development workflows and coding agents.
