Responsibilities
- Build and ship production features for an AI-native financial compliance platform.
- Develop AI agents for use cases such as insider-trading detection.
- Scale message-archiving systems handling tens of millions of messages per day.
- Design and build the data infrastructure supporting AI agents and compliance workflows.
- Own features end to end, collaborate with customers, and incorporate direct feedback.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- Graduating with a BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field between December 2026 and Spring 2027.
- Strong programming skills in Node.js and Python, developed through internships, personal projects, or research.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS.
- Coursework, projects, or internship experience involving artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Evidence of independently building and shipping software, such as an internship project, open-source contribution, or personal project.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Located in New York City or planning to be there by the start date.

Compensation and Benefits
- $130,000–$150,000 annual salary.
