Extend

This role will build and operate Extend’s revenue infrastructure across CRM, deal desk, forecasting, territory design, GTM systems, and enablement. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of RevOps or adjacent experience, hands-on HubSpot or Salesforce administration, enterprise deal-cycle experience, and an automation-oriented builder mindset.

Builds scalable systems for LLM-powered document processing platform, designs novel human-AI interfaces, and owns full-stack product areas. Requires 3+ years experience, CS fundamentals, and AI interest for mission-critical enterprise use.

Acts as primary technical interface for customers evaluating Extend's document processing platform, designing solutions, running POCs, answering deep technical questions on APIs/security/AI, and partnering with sales to close deals. Requires 3+ years in sales/solutions engineering with strong technical foundation.

Builds and ships public-facing technical projects like benchmarks, demos, and microsites to drive developer adoption and revenue for a document processing platform. Requires full-stack engineering skills, experience with APIs/datasets/evals, and high agency in ambiguous startup environments.

Drives outbound sales pipeline by prospecting high-value technical accounts, crafting personalized outreach to engineers and AI teams, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product. Requires 0-1+ years sales experience in developer tools, top performance track record, and GTM tool proficiency.

Builds state-of-the-art vision models and novel LLM techniques for document processing infrastructure. Monitors production models, runs experiments, and owns large product areas in a high-impact founding role.

Leads end-to-end enterprise sales for document processing platform using OCR/LLM tech, guiding technical prospects from discovery and POCs to production deployment while navigating complex stakeholder processes and building long-term customer relationships.

Acts as primary technical interface for customers, designing solutions, running POCs, diagnosing issues, and building relationships to deploy Extend's AI document processing platform. Focuses on solving complex LLM edge cases and inspiring enterprise adoption.

Builds state-of-the-art document processing infrastructure using LLMs, including QA agents, optimizers, multimodal models, and self-correcting systems. Monitors production models, runs experiments, and owns large product areas for real-world customer impact.

Builds scalable systems for document processing using LLMs and AI/ML, designs novel human-AI interfaces, and owns end-to-end projects in a high-growth startup. Requires 7+ years experience deploying production AI systems with high agency.
