Responsibilities
Guide technical prospects through the OCR/LLM ecosystem and assess fit for Extend's document processing solutions.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from education to implementation, navigating multiple teams, use cases, and decision criteria.
Conduct deep technical discovery on existing infrastructure to present tradeoffs balancing performance, cost, and complexity.
Build champions, design proof-of-concepts, demonstrate impact, and secure executive buy-in for production rollout.
Manage Legal, Security, & Procurement processes, including data retention, deployment strategies, and enterprise pricing.
Support customers post-contract with office hours, configuration recommendations, and workflow best practices.
Capture field signals and collaborate on GTM & product strategy refinement.
