Own commercial relationships with Stedi’s fastest-growing healthcare customers, driving expansion, renewals, and product adoption. The role requires 4+ years of quota-carrying sales or related experience, healthcare software expertise, and comfort selling technical API-driven products.
Own the roadmap and end-to-end product direction for a programmable healthcare clearinghouse product. The role partners with customers, design, engineering, and leadership to translate complex healthcare and API requirements into adopted, high-quality products.
Customer Success Engineer works directly with healthcare customers to support API and EDI integrations for claims processing, eligibility checks, and RCM workflows. Requires RCM expertise, API experience, and customer-facing skills to triage issues, identify product gaps, and drive adoption.
