About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for substantial portions of Stedi’s healthcare clearinghouse offering.
  • Help shape requirements, drive prioritization, and work with engineering to execute on the roadmap.
  • Report directly to the Head of Product and Engineering and work closely with the CEO to develop product direction.
  • Author complex, technical product and business documents, including PR/FAQs, BRDs, and GitHub tickets.
  • Work with healthcare customers to gather feedback and requirements and translate them into actionable product direction.
  • Collaborate with design on mockups and wireframes and with engineering to prioritize and deliver features.
  • Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment.
  • Own metrics related to product adoption and engagement.
  • Support other product initiatives across Stedi’s product suite.

Requirements

  • Previous product management experience with a track record of delivering successfully adopted products.
  • Experience driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap.
  • Ability to translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience.
  • Strong curiosity and attention to product quality and performance.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and ship early and often.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with B2B products delivered via API.
  • 2+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly eligibility verification workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another technical field, or professional experience writing code.
