Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver products for developers and AI agents.
  • Work across several engineering teams to identify priorities, organize customer and product feedback, define requirements, and guide products through experimental, beta, and general availability lifecycles.
  • Enable Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to launch and promote products.
  • Work directly with customers, engineering leaders, and developers to understand needs and translate them into product decisions.
  • Evaluate implementation tradeoffs and developer workflows.
  • Represent product value to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Establish processes for gathering, organizing, and prioritizing product feedback.
  • Translate customer problems into product requirements, specifications, and success criteria.
  • Make pragmatic prioritization decisions across customer requests, product investments, and technical work.
  • Support customer discovery, iteration, launch planning, and measurement for experimental and beta features.
  • Own product prioritization and planning across engineering teams.
  • Guide products from early experimentation through beta and general availability.
  • Build systems for product discovery, feedback management, specification, launch, pricing and packaging, and iteration.
  • Define product strategy for how developers and AI agents make changes across large and complex codebases.
  • Support sales enablement and product marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, including experience at an early-stage company, startup, or similarly small and fast-moving organization.
  • Previous professional software engineering experience or substantial hands-on coding experience.
  • Experience building technical products for developers, engineering teams, or other highly technical users.
  • Experience working directly with customers through product discovery, development, beta testing, and launch.
  • Experience translating customer problems and technical concepts into clear product requirements and specifications.
  • Experience prioritizing work across multiple teams, stakeholders, and competing customer needs.
  • Ability to operate as the primary Product Manager across several engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development workflows, Git, source control, and modern development practices.
  • Substantial working-hour overlap with the Eastern Time zone.
  • Excellent communication, customer discovery, prioritization, and strategic decision-making skills.

Compensation and Benefits
