About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect solutions to solve complex customer problems using Extend as the primary tool.
  • Write the playbook for how we should work with customers, and how we should incorporate feedback and learnings across the team.
  • Build genuine relationships with end users, figure out problems other teams are experiencing, and grow Extend within organizations (travel onsite as needed).
  • Act as the primary technical interface for customers evaluating and running POCs with Extend.
  • Inspire confidence with technical champions by answering deep technical questions (API architecture, security, parsing mechanisms, on-prem deployments) and addressing requirements.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly when customers encounter problems with schemas, prompts, and processor configurations.
  • Give compelling product demos that translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand value propositions.
  • Run and manage POCs from planning through execution, ensuring prospects hit their success criteria.
  • Have complete ownership over the work you do.
