Responsibilities
- Lead the Enterprise Architecture workstream for a multi-pillar Oracle Fusion Cloud program from discovery through target architecture, design, configuration, and go-live.
- Define and ratify the target-state reference architecture across Oracle Fusion core applications, the PaaS extensibility layer, integration layer, data and analytics layer, and identity/security model.
- Own the Oracle Fusion Business Process Master List (BPML), including scoping, tailoring, and validating Oracle’s standard process taxonomy against the client’s operating model.
- Use AI-assisted discovery to identify business processes embedded in the legacy ERP system.
- Design the end-to-end application and integration landscape across cross-functional value streams such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Hire to Retire.
- Design integration architecture connecting Oracle Fusion with tax engines, procurement platforms, financial consolidation/EPM tools, HCM/payroll systems, e-commerce platforms, lease accounting systems, and an enterprise integration/iPaaS layer.
- Advise on inventory management architecture options, including native ERP inventory, retail-specific inventory/merchandising systems, and external best-of-breed systems, along with their integration implications.
- Partner with business stakeholders, run discovery and design workshops, and shape technical direction with the AI engineering team.
- Advise on sequencing related PLM, WMS, EPM/consolidation, and payroll/HCM initiatives against the ERP program.
Requirements
- Experienced Oracle Fusion Enterprise Architect.
- Experience leading enterprise architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation programs.
- Experience defining target-state architecture spanning ERP applications, PaaS extensibility, integrations, data/analytics, and identity/security.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion BPML and business process discovery.
- Experience designing end-to-end application and integration landscapes across finance, tax, procurement, planning, HCM, inventory, and warehouse systems.
- Ability to work autonomously with business stakeholders and lead discovery and design workshops.
- Required onsite presence at the client office in Los Angeles, CA, approximately two days per week for the duration of the engagement.
Compensation
- Annual salary range: $179,000–$200,000.
