Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on strategic deals, leading technical discovery, tailored demos, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concepts.
- Drive technical onboarding, including installation, secure configuration, and best-practice deployment across cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments.
- Architect integrations between Label Studio and customer AI/ML workflows, pipelines, storage, and enterprise systems.
- Build custom solutions using scripts, plug-ins, and APIs.
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point, resolving advanced issues with Product, Engineering, and Support.
- Deliver enablement, workshops, and documentation.
- Advise customer engineering, data, and AI/ML teams on adoption, expansion, and long-term value.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Professional Services Engineer, ideally with enterprise SaaS or ML/AI platforms.
- Experience building data labeling pipelines and understanding data annotation, labeling workflows, and the broader ML lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience integrating SaaS platforms with ML pipelines and preparing datasets or deploying models to production.
- Fluency in Python, REST APIs, Linux/Unix, and Docker; Kubernetes is a plus.
- Experience with client APIs and SDKs.
- Track record of technical discovery, demos, proof-of-concepts, onboarding, implementation, troubleshooting, and custom development.
- Strong business judgment, executive presence, writing, communication, and account-prioritization skills.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $122,500–$143,500 USD.
- Target on-target earnings: $175,000–$205,000 USD.
