About the role

Responsibilities

  • Run launch beats end-to-end: Plan the product-launch calendar (PR, content, event, sales beats) in lockstep with product. Coordinate launches as campaigns (ABM, paid, lifecycle, partner, analyst). Define narrative, packaging, and positioning per release.

  • Own positioning and category move: Sharpen and evolve Latent's positioning. Maintain messaging house and proof points. Run positioning exercises with leadership.

  • Power sales with sharp narrative: Build sales-enablement library (pitch decks, persona-specific narratives, objection handling, talk tracks). Equip sales for personas (CPO, CFO, CIO, frontline manager). Run pitch reviews and field-sync rituals.

  • Build partner co-marketing playbook: Define co-marketing with technology/channel partners. Coordinate joint case studies, webinars, sponsored content. Partner with Director of Growth on pipeline.

  • Lead analyst and trade-press positioning: Manage PR agency for trade/business-press. Run analyst briefings (Gartner, Forrester, KLAS, Advisory Board). Land executive thought-leadership.

  • Coordinate event narrative: Own narrative arc at major events. Partner with customer marketing on customer voice. Ensure coherent event presence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product marketing in B2B tech, ideally regulated/healthcare-adjacent, running launches end-to-end (narrative, sales enablement, PR, partner, analyst).
  • Think in launch beats/moments, not features.
  • Strong narrative instincts for category-shaping stories and buyer-specific pitches.
  • Write sales narratives reps use.
  • Comfortable with analyst relations, trade press, executive thought leadership.
  • Actively use AI tools to extend output/shorten cycles.
  • View positioning as a system; operate across product, sales, growth, partner teams.
  • Operationally excellent and extremely organized.
