About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales stakeholders to understand target accounts, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and Mavens value propositions.
  • Execute sophisticated lead generation campaigns, including introductory meetings, qualification calls, and product demonstrations.
  • Translate strategic outreach into qualified opportunities that drive pipeline progression.
  • Leverage Generative AI (GenAI) tools and sales technology to streamline workflows, draft personalized outreach, and refine messaging.
  • Maintain data-driven outreach focused on high-quality opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SDR or BDR roles, grasping complex technical and industry concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of top-of-funnel sales and outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Passion for sales, relationship building, and achieving goals.
  • Tech savvy with AI/GenAI tools for lead generation.
  • Proactive, analytical mindset for targeted outreach.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience prospecting for medical affairs and commercial teams in pharma industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and/or Qualified.io.

Compensation/Benefits

  • Hourly base pay: $24–$33 USD (all US locations).
