Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify a high volume of inbound leads across chat, email, and phone
- Generate qualified opportunities and clean handoffs for Account Executives
- Develop deep product knowledge so you can connect Envoy to a prospect's actual needs
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support & Success to create great experiences for current and prospective customers
- Contribute to team processes and share what's working — and grow into mentoring newer reps as you ramp
Requirements
- 6 months–1 year of post-grad experience or internship in a customer-facing field (sales, support, hospitality, recruiting, retail, etc.), and a desire to break into tech sales
- High sense of integrity and personal accountability
- Excellent time management, organization, and autonomy
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and ambition to build a foundation in sales
