About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support interview scheduling across recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and candidates
  • Ensure every candidate has a seamless, professional, and engaging interview experience
  • Communicate interview logistics, expectations, and follow-up information promptly
  • Monitor scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues before they impact the candidate experience
  • Serve as a friendly and responsive point of contact throughout the interview process
  • Partner with recruiters to keep candidates engaged after offers are accepted through their first day
  • Coordinate pre-boarding activities, paperwork, and onboarding logistics
  • Ensure new hires receive timely communication and feel excited to join Coram
  • Help create a best-in-class onboarding experience that reflects our culture and values
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from recruiting to onboarding
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within Ashby and other recruiting systems
  • Support continuous improvements to recruiting processes and documentation
  • Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and ongoing communication with agency partners
  • Ensure agencies understand recruiting expectations, interview processes, and hiring timelines
  • Track agency performance and maintain organized communication across external recruiting partners
  • Partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR, Finance, and Leadership to ensure an efficient hiring process
  • Support recruiting events, special projects, and hiring initiatives as the company scales
  • Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency through automation and process improvements
  • Act as an ambassador for Coram by creating exceptional experiences for every candidate interaction

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating interviews across multiple calendars and time zones
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences
  • Resilient in challenging and fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience using Ashby or modern ATS platforms
  • Experience supporting technical or GTM recruiting teams
  • Familiarity with recruiting agencies and vendor management
  • Experience with onboarding coordination and People Operations
  • Startup or high-growth technology company experience
