What you’ll do

  • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads
  • Execute on a personalized outreach strategy that includes emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn messaging
  • Qualify leads by learning about the prospect's approach to hiring and their unique recruiting needs
  • Create new business opportunities for the company to grow revenue
  • Collaborate with a dynamic and driven group of highly skilled SDRs to collectively achieve company goals and celebrate victories as a team
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

Compensation & Benefits

  • National pay: $56,000 base salary annually
  • Individual compensation commensurate with experience and local cost of labor
  • Certain roles eligible for additional compensation including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases
