About the role

Responsibilities

  • Guide technical prospects through the OCR/LLM ecosystem and assess fit for Extend's document processing solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from education to implementation, navigating multiple teams, use cases, and decision criteria.
  • Conduct deep technical discovery on existing infrastructure to present tradeoffs balancing performance, cost, and complexity.
  • Build champions, design proof-of-concepts, demonstrate impact, and secure executive buy-in for production rollout.
  • Manage Legal, Security, & Procurement processes, including data retention, deployment strategies, and enterprise pricing.
  • Support customers post-contract with office hours, configuration recommendations, and workflow best practices.
  • Capture field signals and collaborate on GTM & product strategy refinement.
