Own and scale the systems integrator go-to-market business across SEAK by driving quota-carrying revenue, partner-sourced pipeline, and strategic relationships with global SIs. Responsibilities
- Own and exceed a direct sales quota; drive new logo acquisition with global system integrator (SI) partners.
- Develop and execute a KPI-driven, repeatable go-to-market process to scale SI-sourced and influenced revenue.
- Align and coordinate internal sales, alliances, and services teams to deliver a unified SI go-to-market approach.
- Build and nurture business and technical champions within SI organizations.
- Manage a global pipeline with clear accountability, visibility, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience managing large partners in the SaaS or cybersecurity domain, ideally large global system integrators.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience selling to or working with global system integrators or consulting partners such as Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, and NTT Data.
- Experience with sales quota achievement and managing pipeline metrics and KPIs.
- Experience building scalable, data-driven sales processes and partner programs.
- Ability to travel globally as required.
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or early-growth technology environments.
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to align internal sales, alliances, and services teams.
- Experience building and nurturing key business and technical champions within SI organizations.
- Experience in a quota-carrying role driving revenue with large system integrators through sell-to, sell-with, sell-through, and build-with models.
