Responsibilities
- Translate product and engineering innovations into reusable sales enablement materials.
- Own the launch cadence for major features and smaller updates.
- Create decks, one-pagers, case studies, and objection-handling materials.
- Ensure brand and positioning strategy translates effectively to the sales organization.
- Design and run Sales University, including onboarding and certification.
- Own the standard demo narrative and environment.
- Participate in qualification calls to identify resonating messages, objections, and upsell or expansion signals.
- Track post-sale success against pre-sale commitments.
- Build reusable pilot-to-program playbooks and conversion criteria frameworks.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of product marketing experience.
- Experience in B2B SaaS.
- Ability to build frameworks, processes, and strategy from scratch.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Experience writing launch announcements, creating competitive teardowns, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
- Founder mindset with the ability to identify gaps, move quickly, and establish new playbooks.
- Experience partnering directly with engineers and product managers.
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple launches.
- Experience with sales enablement and competitive positioning for technical audiences.

- Salary: $110,000–$140,000, dependent on experience.
