Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end product launches, including go-to-market planning, messaging updates, training materials, and ongoing readiness.
- Conduct customer research and track post-launch KPIs to evaluate feature performance, refine messaging, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop safety marketing assets, including slides, one-pagers, demo flows, customer stories, and feature deep dives.
- Maintain competitive intelligence on safety and telematics competitors and translate insights into guidance for Sales, Product, and leadership.
- Contribute to demo tours by building talk tracks, demos, and supporting materials showcasing safety capabilities.
- Partner with Product Managers, Sales Enablement, and marketing teams to align priorities, inform roadmap discussions, and coordinate go-to-market execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing or B2B marketing, preferably in technology or SaaS.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer benefits.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and create structure in fast-moving environments.
- Ability to conduct research, synthesize insights, and support competitive and market analysis.
- Clear, concise communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual compensation ranges vary by geographic zone:
- San Francisco, California: $112,000–$154,000 USD
- U.S. metropolitan areas including Los Angeles, San Diego, New York City Area, Seattle, and Washington, D.C.: $97,000–$134,000 USD
- Other locations in the United States: $98,000–$134,000 USD
- Total compensation may include restricted stock units.
