Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Development
- Lead end-to-end campaign strategy development, including audience profiling, creator casting logic, content formats, messaging, and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create platform-native campaign concepts aligned with brand tone and commercial goals.
- Write high-quality briefs and strategic decks for clients and creators.
Insights, Data & Measurement Strategy
- Define and refine measurement frameworks using CPV, ER, and platform-specific KPIs.
- Use first-party, platform, and audience data to inform targeting, creative direction, and optimization.
- Partner with Paid Media and Client Solutions to interpret results and make strategic recommendations.
Trend Forecasting & Cultural Analysis
- Conduct cultural listening, market research, and platform trend tracking within the beauty category.
- Translate emerging insights into actionable campaign ideas and brand opportunities.
- Contribute trend insights and points of view to new-business decks, pitches, and proposals.
Client Engagement & Strategic Advisory
- Present strategic recommendations to clients and explain the rationale behind campaign decisions.
- Collaborate with Account and Campaign Leads to respond to briefs and evolve campaign strategy based on feedback.
- Lead strategy across a client portfolio and build value-focused client relationships.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in strategy, planning, insights, or branded content, ideally in creator marketing, beauty, or social-first brands.
- Experience implementing or using AI tools in professional workflows.
- Deep knowledge of platform behaviors, content formats, and the creator economy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trend cycles, and platform-native audience behavior.
- Ability to translate brand identities into authentic creator content.
- Comfort working with performance metrics, audience data, and platform insights.
- Ability to structure frameworks, make data actionable, and present performance narratives clearly.
- Exceptional brief-writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strong client presence and ability to articulate ideas confidently.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $80,000–$90,000.
