Staff Business Systems Analyst – Procure to Pay
Leads Finance’s Procure to Pay processes and the full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation, including process design, configuration, migration, testing, go-live, and optimization. Requires extensive financial systems experience, Oracle Fusion expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, controls, and delivery.

Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day stewardship and strategic improvement of Finance’s Procure to Pay processes and supporting systems.
- Lead the full Procure to Pay implementation in Oracle Fusion Cloud, including requirements gathering, process design, configuration, integration, user acceptance testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Lead cross-functional workshops; document current-state processes; define future-state workflows; and create functional specifications for Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Cash Management, and Supplier Management.
- Oversee migration and validation of supplier records, open balances, historical transactions, and other financial master and transactional data.
- Manage system integrators and vendors against scope, quality, budget, and delivery timelines; report milestones, risks, and dependencies to project leadership.
- Coordinate change management, training, user readiness, super-user networks, and post-go-live handoff.
- Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases, coordinate regression testing, and lead adoption of new capabilities, workflow automation, AI-assisted features, and process redesign.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, Internal Audit, and IT Security on architecture, integrations, SOX controls, segregation of duties, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop technology roadmaps, investment proposals, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and enhancement priorities.
- Configure and administer Oracle Fusion Cloud applications; define processes, data maps, workflows, data flows, and system designs.
- Provide first-level application and reporting support, troubleshoot system issues, train users and support staff, and resolve vendor-related problems.
- Support reporting and data analysis using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and BI Publisher.
- Maintain user access controls and support periodic audits and process changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience with large ERP systems.
- 10+ years of experience with financial applications and collaboration with vendors and internal customers.
- 3–5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience leading Procure to Pay business processes.
- Hands-on experience with Fusion Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Cash Management, and Supplier Management.
- Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and BI Publisher report development.
- Experience across multiple Finance functional areas, such as accounting, Record to Report, business intelligence, HR/payroll, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash.
- Experience with sensitive data, SOX controls, change management, user access controls, role-based security, and segregation-of-duties controls.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, prioritization, project-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, work with minimal supervision, develop business cases, and drive projects through testing and acceptance.
Nice to Have
- PMP certification.
- Familiarity with DCAA/FAR-DFARS-compliant or CMMC-aligned control environments.
- Experience with Concur, Avalara, Coupa, FloQast, ERP boundary systems, and other financial applications.
- Broader Oracle Cloud ecosystem experience.
