Enterprise Account Executive - Nordics
The Enterprise Account Executive will build Dash0’s enterprise presence across the Nordics by sourcing and closing complex, multi-year software deals. The role requires quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, value-based selling expertise, and fluency in English plus a Nordic language.

Responsibilities
- Penetrate and close new business within large enterprise accounts across the Nordics region.
- Develop and execute multi-threaded account plans, building relationships from developer teams through C-level executives, including CIO, CTO, and CISO stakeholders.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations involving procurement, legal, and security reviews, structuring seven-figure, multi-year agreements.
- Coordinate Sales Engineers, leadership, and product specialists to deliver value to prospects.
- Articulate ROI and build business cases addressing enterprise technical and financial drivers.
- Generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting into cold enterprise accounts.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts using CRM and rigorous qualification methodologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience, focused on new-logo acquisition and account expansion.
- Track record of overachievement against a €1M+ quota while managing multiple large deals in parallel.
- Mastery of value-based sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC or Command of the Message.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6–12 months.
- Strong business acumen and fluency in ROI and Total Cost of Ownership.
- Resilience, resourcefulness, deal ownership, and confident timeline management.
- Professional fluency in English and one Nordic language: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling observability, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms.
- Existing relationships with C-level and VP-level technology leaders in the Nordics region.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and the enterprise observability ecosystem.
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
