Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to transform existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated multidimensional models.
• Understand and document business requirements.
• Design and build corresponding Pigment applications.
• Train and co-build with customers so they become self-sufficient.
• Participate in or lead user acceptance testing and deployment.
• Integrate source software and develop migration solutions using connectors and APIs.
• Connect customer stakeholders with the product team to improve the planning platform.
• Lead cross-functional projects to develop and improve methodologies and processes.

Requirements

• Build complex systems and explain them clearly so they are simple to use and maintain.
• Structure and validate high volumes of unstructured data.
• Learn new domains and adapt to diverse customer use cases and businesses.
• Build trusted relationships with empathy and dedication.
• Think strategically and work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs.
• Manage multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.
• Fluent English; French or additional European languages are advantageous.
