Responsibilities
- Develop and own Paradigm’s core messaging, positioning, and narrative across enterprise, financial services, and AI-native workflow use cases
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling, and technically credible messaging tailored to different customer personas and industries
- Produce high-quality customer-facing content across multiple mediums including customer stories, launch content, one-pagers, solution briefs, decks, battlecards, landing pages, and product demos
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales to shape how new features, workflows, and launches are introduced to the market
- Build sales enablement materials that directly support pipeline generation and enterprise deal cycles
- Develop industry- and persona-specific narratives grounded in real customer workflows, outcomes, and competitive differentiation
- Work directly with customers to turn successful implementations into reusable proof points, case studies, and co-marketing campaigns
- Support major product launches and campaigns across web, email, events, outbound, and growth channels
- Collaborate closely with account executives and solutions teams to understand customer objections, competitive dynamics, and what messaging actually moves deals forward
- Help define Paradigm’s competitive positioning within AI tooling, enterprise software, and workflow automation markets
- Create and maintain scalable messaging frameworks, product documentation, and launch processes as the company grows
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, growth, product, or another high-ownership operating role at a fast-paced company
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong instinct for storytelling and positioning
- Experience creating customer-facing collateral that sales teams actively use and customers resonate with
- Ability to distill highly technical products and workflows into simple, benefit-driven messaging for different audiences
- Strong product intuition and curiosity about AI, automation, enterprise software, and technical workflows
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and Revenue teams
- Comfort speaking with technical operators, executives, and enterprise stakeholders
- Ability to operate with high autonomy, move quickly, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality across both strategy and execution
- Basic design and visual communication sensibility
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, launches, conferences, and content production
