  • Maintain customer and competitive intelligence on the defense autonomy landscape.
  • Partner with engineering teams to translate technical milestones and roadmap developments into market-facing proof points.
  • Support events, demos, and campaigns with product messaging and subject-matter expertise.
  • Travel up to 25% may be required.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in defense technology, robotics, autonomy, or another deeply technical B2B domain.
  • Ability to distill complex technical systems into clear, compelling messaging for non-engineering audiences.
  • Experience planning and executing product launches.
  • Exceptional writing skills across messaging frameworks and sales collateral.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with defense customer dynamics, including program offices, acquisition pathways, and mission priorities.
  • Experience building sales enablement programs from scratch.
  • Experience marketing integrated hardware/software systems or platform portfolios.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.

  • Company holiday calendar with a winter break.
  • 20 days of accrued PTO annually.
  • At least 7 weeks of fully paid parental leave.
