Responsibilities

  • Own the integrated marketing strategy and plan for the payment gateway, aligned with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to acquire ISO partners, drive gateway adoption, and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Develop verticalized marketing strategies for priority markets, tailoring positioning, messaging, and go-to-market programs to industry needs.
  • Build understanding of ISO and ISV audiences, buying journeys, challenges, and decision drivers.
  • Partner with product marketing and content teams on messaging, thought leadership, customer stories, campaign content, and sales enablement.
  • Work with demand generation on target audiences, campaign journeys, lead follow-up, and conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, channel, and marketing teams to align and execute programs.
  • Manage campaigns from planning through execution, reporting, and optimization, keeping activity on track, on budget, and on brand.
  • Track KPIs and use insights to improve targeting, messaging, channel mix, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in payments, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related business field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Experience with verticalized marketing, market-specific positioning, messaging, and go-to-market programs.
  • Strong understanding of B2B partner or channel-led business models.
  • Experience marketing to ISOs, ISVs, PayFacs, or other payments audiences is highly desirable.
  • Experience partnering with sales and demand generation teams on lead management, account targeting, sales enablement, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Experience collaborating with and managing agency partners.
  • Strong digital marketing, campaign management, and performance measurement skills.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Creativity, curiosity, initiative, and a strong commercial mindset.
