Product Marketing Manager, Exposure Management
Own product marketing and go-to-market strategy for Censys’ exposure management offering, translating cybersecurity capabilities into compelling positioning, content, and sales enablement. The role requires at least three years of cybersecurity product marketing experience, especially in threat intelligence, vulnerability management, or asset discovery.

Responsibilities
- Establish product value propositions, target markets, and buyer personas for attack surface and exposure management products.
- Develop and execute product launch processes with Product and Marketing teams.
- Create high-quality business and technical content for print, web, social media, and video.
- Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to meet pipeline, bookings, and conversion targets.
- Build and execute cross-functional plans with Product Management, Business Development, and Sales.
- Develop sales enablement materials, strategies, and competitive intelligence.
- Engage with industry analysts, including Gartner and Forrester.
- Document personas, use cases, and common objections with Sales.
- Analyze win/loss reports, close rates, and funnel metrics to guide product marketing strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product marketing experience in the cybersecurity industry.
- Experience in threat intelligence or detection, vulnerability management, and asset discovery preferred.
- Exceptional writing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder persuasion skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for executives and technical practitioners.
- Strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Product Management, press, and industry analysts on go-to-market strategies.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to follow through in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to achieving shared goals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Target salary: $150,000-$175,000 USD.
