RevOps
The first RevOps hire will build the CRM, forecasting, planning, and revenue processes supporting a fast-growing AI company. Reporting to the CRO, this hands-on operator will combine SQL-driven analysis, GTM systems expertise, and strategic planning across sales and finance.

Responsibilities
- Own the CRM and GTM systems stack end to end, including architecture, data integrity, routing, integrations, and vendors.
- Own the revenue forecast process, including cadence, methodology, and the number reported to the CEO and board.
- Design and administer quota, territory, and compensation plans with the CRO and Finance.
- Own the mechanics and measurement of the full funnel, from first touch through closed-won, with the Growth team.
- Support the field through deal desk, reporting, approvals, and automation that reduces manual work.
- Build annual and quarterly revenue plans using bottoms-up capacity models tied to top-down targets.
- Assess markets, define and defend the ideal customer profile, and size expansion opportunities.
- Build go-to-market investment scenarios with Finance.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience.
- Experience combining top-tier strategy consulting with operating experience at a high-growth technology company.
- Ability to write SQL, build models, and independently analyze data.
- Deep knowledge of modern CRM and GTM tooling, including experience architecting a stack.
- Track record of building processes from zero, such as forecasting, compensation, or territory models.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on strategy and execution role.
- Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.

- Experience selling or supporting sales to engineering and developer-tools buyers.
- Experience with both product-led and enterprise go-to-market motions.
- Experience as the first RevOps hire.

Compensation
- Annual salary range: $195,000–$250,000.
