Platform Engineer, Revenue Operations
Build and operate the revenue organization’s data warehouse, integrations, production services, AI-agent infrastructure, and HubSpot CRM. The role requires 4+ years in GTM systems, RevOps engineering, or CRM administration, plus production experience with SQL, Python, data pipelines, and agentic applications.

Responsibilities
- Own the revenue data warehouse consolidating CRM, product usage, and billing data, including schema design, data modeling, pipeline orchestration, and performance.
- Run and evolve 80+ production services for churn-signal synchronization, account scoring, enrichment, and reporting, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
- Build and extend AI agent infrastructure that automates recurring RevOps and GTM work, including reporting and multi-step workflow execution.
- Design and maintain integrations between HubSpot, the product database, billing systems, enrichment tools, and the analytics layer, including production error handling and backfill tooling.
- Administer HubSpot Sales CRM, including object and field architecture, permissions, workflows, and governance.
- Own CRM cleanup, deduplication, and data governance.
- Optimize HubSpot for rep experience through views, workflows, and automations.
- Set technical direction for the inherited estate, evaluate data and AI infrastructure, make build-versus-buy decisions, and maintain clear architecture documentation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in GTM systems, RevOps engineering, or CRM administration within a revenue organization, with recent hands-on experience building AI-assisted systems.
- Direct GTM experience.
- Hands-on HubSpot Sales Hub administration, including workflows, property and object architecture, permissions, and data governance. Deep Salesforce administration experience with HubSpot exposure may also qualify.
- Experience building and shipping agentic applications with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor that run real business processes in production.
- Experience cleaning up and governing CRM data at scale and designing for rep experience.
- Strong SQL and working Python skills.
- Production experience with a data warehouse such as Postgres, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Experience building and operating production data pipelines and third-party API integrations, including error handling, monitoring, and backfills.
- High ownership, root-cause problem solving, and strong documentation practices.
- Pragmatic judgment when evaluating build-versus-buy decisions and communicating technical choices to non-engineers.
Compensation and Work Arrangement
- Base salary: $200,000–$230,000.
- Based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
- Occasional travel for team offsites, trainings, and related events may be expected.
